STRESS ECHOCARDIOGRAM

This test puts the heart to a certain level of stress that may reveal ischemia in the event of significant coronary artery disease.

Simultaneously, we can visualize different layers of the left and right ventricle, which allows the assessment of the appearance of new anomalies in the structure and function of the heart, indicating that specific segments are undergoing ischemia.

It is a more effective technique than the standard simple stress test, especially in patients with baseline electrocardiographic abnormalities, pacemaker carriers, or female patients.
